This Circle is the linking body of the Alliance, connecting all Circles, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across regions and focus areas. Comprising representatives from each Activity Circle and the Alliance’s founding members, this Circle facilitates collective decision-making—especially around governance, structure, and the overall direction of the Alliance.

The Alliance is not a legal entity and does not manage or disburse funds. Members must not use the Alliance’s logo or name without permission. All contributions to the Alliance will be appropriately attributed to the original creators. Members are encouraged to acknowledge the Alliance’s role, if supported by it.
